15.1mm tip ( tip width isn’t of the original shaper, it is of the reed itself that may vary slightly from reed to reed) Modified Mechler style, Very similar to Walt shape. 15mm at the tip, wider in the middle for a darker sound with more low harmonics. An excellent all around reed, orchestral chamber playing. It’s has many characteristics of the standard cup shape without the “ tubbiness” of the pure shape. It’s easy to achieve a very focused dark sound. A personal favorite.
